Action Required: Filming Consent Form

On Monday Emma (Student teacher from Melbourne Uni) begins her 3 week placement. As part of her placement Emma is required to undertake a clinical assessment of her teaching skills. To facilitate this, Emma has been asked to record a ten minute segment of her teaching. The primary focus is Emma's teaching practice, but children from our Neighbourhood may also be recorded,  for this to take place parent permission is required. Notes explaining this further have been sent home today, can you please read, fill in the permission slip and return early next week so we know which children we are able to film.
